We are a done for you service. You can be as involved as you do or don't want to be. Our service is designed to be able to handle everything for you. ex: One of my clients has been with me for 27 months and in that time I've been on 2 calls with him, both lasted less than 15 minutes. I send him updates and he sends me a thumbs up and continues to renew his contracts. It doesn't have to be that way and that is an extreme example but that is just to show how hands off it can be for you
